Self Care Training in New Hampshire

  • Integrative Health & Wellness 42 Main Street Antrim, NH (map)

Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy® (ATMAT) incorporates massage, herbs, nutrition, meditation and emotional/spiritual healing into a holistic approach for wellness and disease prevention.

Experience how the ancient healing and bodywork techniques of the Maya can support your reproductive, digestive, circulatory, emotional and spiritual health on this 2½ day immersion for all stages of life.

Concerns addressed include painful or irregular periods, PMS, endometriosis, fibroids, fertility challenges, difficult menopause, post cesarean or hysterectomy scarring, constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, indigestion, bladder infections or incontinence.

This course empowers you with knowledge and skills to use your own two hands to help yourself. This massage is an external, non-invasive abdominal therapy. We learn to reposition internal organs that have shifted and release adhesions and scar tissue to restore the flow of blood, lymph, nerve and energy for optimal health. Participants receive a private 30 minute educational session for evaluation and guidance.

The course will be held at Integrative Health & Wellness, 42 Main Street, Antrim, NH. This retreat-style class will allow participants to discover their own path to healing over the weekend, and prepares licensed practitioners to continue on to Professional Care Training, to incorporate the Arvigo Techniques into their own practice. CEU hours available to LMT's, Midwives and LAc's.

The course runs Friday 4pm-8pm, Saturday & Sunday 9am-5pm.

$425 class fee includes light refreshments, workbook, and a 30 minute hands-on teaching session.
