Everything you always wanted to know about menstruation, but were afraid to ask.

Join Erica Grossman, LMT and abdominal/pelvic educator, for a fun and engaging exploration of the menstrual cycle. We will be discussing what our period should be like (hint: NOT PAINFUL!), ways it can go wrong, and simple self-care techniques to make Aunt Flo comfortable, manageable and maybe even something to look forward to every month.

If you are someone who has struggled with erratic cycles, painful periods, PMS, endometriosis, PCOS or just don't like getting your period, this workshop is for you.

This class is open to all women of menstrual age and older, uterus present or not, actively menstruating or not. We will be engaging in frank and open discussion about anatomy, physiology, sexuality and emotions regarding menstruation.

The fee for this 2 hour workshop is $50 and includes light refreshments and handouts.
