In this advanced workshop with Erica Grossman, LMT, participants will explore additional therapy balls and techniques for getting into specific muscle groups to release tension and pain and optimize movement and performance. Cost includes one Alpha Ball ($13.95) and one Coregeous Ball ($13.95).
